Can I mix & match styles?
Yes! All our styles are sold separately on the site so you can mix & match between sizes & styles.
What if I am in-between sizes?
We would always suggest sizing up to be sure. Feel free to contact us for more personalised advice.
Can I cancel my order?
Under the United Kingdom’s Distance Selling Regulations you have the right to cancel your order and obtain a full refund. This is only possible if your order is still processing and has not been dispatched. All order cancelations must be sent to us via e-mail quoting your name, order number and full address. We can then cancel your order and refund you. If however your order has been dispatched you will need to return the order to us at your own expense.
Can I amend my order after it has been placed?
If you would like to amend your order please email cotdlabel@gmail.com & we will check if it is a possibility. We are unable to amend any orders that have been dispatched.
Can I return or exchange my order?

My order arrived faulty, what should I do?
That really sucks. Sorry! We double-check each item before we pack it so please email us at cotdlabel@gmail.com and provide photo evidence of the fault and we will work quickly to get this resolved for you.
