Delivery & Returns

All bikini sets (any bikini top + any bikini bottom) come in an organic keep bag & orders over £70 will be packaged in a box. If you would prefer a compostable bag please just ask. 

UK orders

All orders over £40 are eligible for free UK standard delivery.

We ship all UK orders using Royal Mail tracked, or an alternative tracked service.

Please allow 1-3 working days for your orders to be dispatched.

Once your order has been dispatched please allow 3 working days for UK delivery. We are not responsible for delays caused by the delivery company.

(If you have an urgent request please contact me first and i will TRY and expedit your delivery. Next Day delivery is possible on most days by contacting me first.)


International Orders

All International orders will be sent tracked. Please allow 3 days for dispatch and a minimum of 14 working days for International delivery.  All customs, taxes, duties and charges as a result of your import is the responsibility of the purchaser. 


COVID-19

Due to COVID-19 there are postal delays Internationally. 

Our orders are delivered by Royal Mail & their international shipping partners or alternative tracked services. Delivery times are estimates and start from the date of dispatch. We cannot be responsible for delays as a result of International customs and imports, remote delivery locations and/or adverse weather conditions.


Returns

We hope you love your new purchase and look after it carefully, like a newborn puppy! At this time, we cannot offer straight exchanges but we will happily refund your purchase to enable you to repurchase in your alternative size or style. We are unable to offer free postal returns and it is the customer's responsibility to pay for the return. Please ensure your items are securely wrapped in the original packaging with your details enclosed as below. When sending the parcel back, please make sure you obtain proof of postage and a tracking number certificate for your peace of mind.​

 

What is your return policy?

At this time we do not offer exchanges on the site but this can be arranged by messaging/emailing me.

Returns can be processed by emailing us ASAP after purchase so we can expect your parcel. You will need to provide your name, address, email and order no inside your return. The return address is:

Items must be sent back within 14 days in the original packaging with all tags attached. Please keep proof of postage and we advise obtaining tracking for your postage as we cannot be responsible for Lost or Stolen packages

All sale items are final. This does not include discount codes that are gifted to our email subscribers from time to time.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition and packaging that you received it. It must not be worn, washed or altered in any way. If you return an item to us marked with deodorant, makeup etc we will refuse your refund and return the item(s) back to you, so please be careful when trying on your purchase. Please keep underwear on when trying on bikini briefs initially to check sizing.


Returns will not be accepted if the original swing tag has been cut off.  If you return an item without the original swing tag, we will refuse your refund and you will be charged to return the item(s) back to you .

Any returns that are sent after the 14 days are ineligible for return and will be reshipped to the customer. You will be liable for postage costs for us to return these item(s) to you.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that are shipped after the 14-day grace period has expired or for items that are not returned to us in their original condition. 

Any shipping costs will not be refunded. If you are paying in a currency other than GBP, exchange rates can fluctuate between the time of purchase and refund which may impact your refund amount.

Please note that refunds may take up to 14 days to be processed. 

 

International Taxes and Duties

 All International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes. Customers are responsible for the customs and duties within their own Country. We are unable to advise on these costs, as they are country specific. Please contact your local customs office to find out more information regarding taxes and duties, which are applied to orders delivered outside the UK.  If you refuse to pay customs or duty charges your parcel may be abandoned and Children of the Deep will not be liable for any lost funds due to this. 

 On ordering you accept that the responsibility for any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package rest with the customer. If your parcel is returned to us, we cannot refund your postal charges.

Received a faulty item?

 That really sucks. Sorry! We double-check each item before we pack it so please email us at cotdlabel@gmail.com and provide photo evidence of the fault and we will work quickly to get this resolved for you.
